We are Dweebs! Free Mentors who are Volunteering our time to help you!

We started this organization to get people through COVID-19 and reach their goals.

Today we have served over +1500 people with +500 Volunteers, in more than 35 countries worldwide.

Founders

Isvari Maranwe

Co-Founder

Isvari is a national security attorney who has written for the Boston Globe, spoken at TEDx talks, researched physics at CERN and the Lawrence Berkeley National Labs, and represented Fortune 500 companies and the U.S. government.

Janani Mohan

Co-Founder

Janani is a policy analyst and cybersecurity entrepreneur who has experience across the nonprofit and U.S. government sectors. She is a Stanford University fellowship recipient and represented nuclear research at the International Atomic Energy Agency.

Nathaniel Maranwe

Co-Founder

Nathan is an attorney who specializes in criminal defense, veterans’ benefits, and corporate litigation. He has served as a lawyer with nonprofits, public defenders, and corporate firms. He has a background in mathematics and philosophy.

Mandy Fitzberger

Chief Executive Officer

Mandy is a Marketing and Operations leader in the San Diego area. She has spent over 15 years working to help organizations reach operational excellence and breakdown barriers. She is a Harvard Business School Alumna, an EMBA Candidate, has had her work featured in Forbes, and a former competitor for USA Gymnastics.

Richard Jones

Chief Operating Officer

Richard is a business leader from South Australia experienced in engineering, technology and education. He has spent over 15 years applying fundamental research into viable, operational business innovations across several industries. He is a Harvard Business School Alumna.

Bhargav Mistri

Chief Technology Officer

Bhargav is the Founder of TeamKrest and Sharelocal, brings 15+ years of expertise in project management and web development, certified in Azure and PMP. A proven leader, he excels in delivering innovative IT solutions, emphasizing budget adherence and agile methodologies.
